Kindred Way is in development. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we treat it. If anything here is unclear, please ask us before sharing your information.

What you share with us

If you join the early-access list, we store the email address you enter and a note of which part of the page you joined from.

If you choose to answer the optional pilot survey, we also store your answers: where you are in your transition, what feels hardest, a food you find hard to give up, and anything you wish existed to help.

What stays on your device

The in-development app itself — your Table, the dishes you add, cravings, moments and check-ins — is stored locally in your own browser as you use the prototype. It is not sent to us.

How we use it

We use your email to invite you when early access opens and to send occasional Kindred Way updates.

We read survey answers to understand what people actually find difficult, so we can build the right thing. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Where it lives

Early-access emails and survey answers are stored in our hosted database and are readable only by the Kindred Way team through a private, access-controlled page. The list is not publicly visible anywhere on this site.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your email and any survey answers at any time, and we will delete them.

You can also ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.

Contact

For anything privacy-related, reply to any Kindred Way email you receive from us and ask for the privacy contact. We would rather hear from you than have you guess.
